Vanguard Truck Center – Adairsville, GA

The owner/developer plans to redevelop the property by replacing the existing damaged concrete pavement around the building and adding new pavement at the rear to facilitate vehicular circulation. A new truck and trailer parking area will be created on an adjacent parcel, and a parts building with a concrete pad for forklift access will be constructed southeast of the existing building. The project will require rezoning the parent parcel from IND-G to C-2 and a recombination plat with the adjacent parcel to the northwest.
