Traffic Sig. Warrant Studies, Cherokee, GA

Keck & Wood currently serves Cherokee County as their Traffic Signal Warrant Study on-call consultant. At the request of the County, we collect traffic volume and crash data for the requested intersections throughout the County and produce signal warrant analyses for each location. These locations are usually selected through public feedback to the County and known increases in traffic volume or crashes. This project has also led to discussions with the Georgia Department of Transportation for coordination with potential on-system signal locations.
