Keck & Wood is in the Final Plans phase of an Operational Improvements project using an abbreviated PDP process. The project includes adding dual left-turn lanes on SR 53/McEver Road, with storage lengths of 510 feet northbound and 200 feet southbound, and extending the westbound left-turn lanes on SR 369/Browns Bridge Rd by 100 feet. Additionally, the eastbound through lane on SR 369 will be extended for improved storage, and the traffic signal at the intersection will be upgraded to accommodate the new geometry.
