Lindsay Pettus Greenway

Keck & Wood has completed a Master Plan for the Lindsay Pettus Greenway, a 5 mile multi-use path in the City of Lancaster along Gills and Bear Creek around part of the perimeter of the City. Services included public involvement, conceptual site design, and construction cost estimating services for the phase 1 portion of the greenway. The proposed greenway includes numerous pedestrian connections with linkages to residential, commercial, and local school properties, trail heads, and nature centers, bridge crossings, and sidewalk improvements. The project is part of the Carolina Thread Trail, a regional network of trails across the Carolinas.
