Phase 1 of the project involves an ADA-compliant trail starting at the east end of Orphan Brigade Road, crossing Griffin Creek with a 3-span bridge, and terminating on the eastern side of the creek. Phase 2 extends the trail from the Chattahoochee Tech Spur of the Silver Comet Trail, connecting to the existing Battlefield Trail and continuing for about 1 mile to Sara Babb Park in Dallas, with a total length of 3.06 miles. Phase 3 will include a pedestrian bridge and trail connection from the Battlefield Trail to the Silver Comet Trail.
