Action Stainless and Alloys of South Carolina needed a facility in the Southeast to manufacture and distribute precision stainless steel flat stock, shafts, pipe, and bearings. Once they selected the Aspen Business Park through The Tuttle Company, the Keck & Wood team got started on the sitework for the 40,000 square foot building consisting of office and manufacturing space.
Through careful collaboration with Action Stainless & Alloys, The Tuttle Company, and the architectural team, Keck & Wood completed the site design which consisted of site layout, utility layout and design, storm drainage system design, erosion control plan design, grading scheme design, and construction drawing preparation. Due to our experience in Rock Hill, SC, the Keck & Wood team played an important role in acquiring applicable approvals and permits to maintain project schedule.
To get the project off the ground, and to keep it on track for the client, Keck & Wood provided turn-key bidding and construction administration for the project.
