York Technical College has recently finalized a comprehensive Master Plan that charts the course for campus expansion over the next two decades. In tandem with this initiative, Keck & Wood was tasked with developing a stormwater management plan to mitigate the increased runoff anticipated from new construction. This Plan involved the identification of potential mitigation sites across the campus and a detailed analysis of various stormwater control measures to determine the most effective strategies for managing the increased runoff.
