The sketch plans prepared by Keck & Wood show that the westernmost Baxter Hood Center entrance (Intersection #13A) would be disconnected from Baskins Road, while the campus loop road would instead tie in from the south (Intersection #13B). Once the campus loop road is connected to Baskins Road (Intersection #13B), the Entrance North of Building C (westbound approach of Intersection #6) is planned to be disconnected from Baskins Road. In Figure 4.1B, a mini-roundabout is shown at the Baskins Road/Hood Center Drive intersection (Intersection #15) for illustrative purposes, as an alternative to the unsignalized, two-way stop control intersection.
