US78 & Brand Road Int. Loganville, GA

The City of Loganville partnered with Gwinnett County via an inter-governmental agreement to deliver the design and construction of this SPLOST funded project.  KW was contracted directly with the City of Loganville to provide all of the services necessary to design, bid and construct the project. Improvements included traffic signal upgrades, roadway widening (from 2- to 4- lanes), curb & gutter, drainage upgrades, utility relocations, traffic signal installations, and concrete sidewalk.  With minimal right-of-way and extensive utility infrastructure, detailed coordination with property owners and utility providers proved to be a vital aspect to implementing a successful project.  KW provided professional services beginning with the concept phase through construction administration.
