York Tech and Keck & Wood plans to modify the campus roadway network along Baskins Road, as illustrated in Figures 4.1A and 4.1B. The proposed changes include disconnecting the westernmost Baxter Hood Center entrance (Intersection #13A) from Baskins Road and rerouting the campus loop road to connect at Intersection #13B. Additionally, a mini-roundabout is proposed at the Baskins Road/Hood Center Drive intersection (Intersection #15) as an alternative to the current two-way stop control.
