Development Plan Reviews

Keck + Wood currently performs Development Plan Reviews for nine different municipalities in Georgia, including the Cities of Austell, Buford, Duluth, Hapeville, Lawrenceville, Loganville, Monroe and Perry, and the Town of Tyrone. In this role, our team members review stormwater management reports to ensure stormwater quality and quantity are addressed appropriately, as well as compliance with each municipality’s Development Regulations and Zoning Ordinances. Our team members also attend pre-application meetings with the respective municipalities to answer applicant questions prior to submission and have worked with clients to prepare thorough checklists used to review the development plans.
