National Funding Application Research and Assistance

Keck + Wood has secured more than $30 million in project grants from more than 12 organizations since our founding, offering expertise in federal funding for infrastructure projects. Our services include planning and research to define project scopes, assistance with grant and loan applications, and preparation of required engineering reports. The firm also manages project execution and performance reporting, providing construction administration and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.  

With a defined scope, our Keck + Wood team can assist in finding potential grants and/or loans from state and national programs and can leverage our experience from the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA), Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) and other programs.  

In addition, we can prepare the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), if required. The PER will state the feasibility, impact, benefit, general characteristics, and cost of the improvements necessary, and include explanations, exhibits and maps required under grant guidelines.
