Downtown Monroe Streetscapes

Keck & Wood has delivered over $10 million worth of community spaces, pedestrian plazas, sidewalks, and streetscapes throughout the City of Monroe, including prominent locations like North Broad Street, South Broad Street, and the Monroe Town Green. Large-scale streetscape projects on North and South Broad Streets were funded with local and federal funds administered through GDOT. Smaller projects were financed through LMIG, SPLOST, and general city funds.
