Keck & Wood analyzed volumes collected in March 2023 (while schools were in session) to evaluate the potential for installation of a traffic signal at both intersections for the Hwy 78 interchange. SR 11/N. Broad Street was evaluated as the mainline and the WB and EB Ramps were evaluated as the minor streets. The results of each of the analyses performed are summarized in the table below.
