“Keck & Wood has delivered over $10 million in community spaces, streetscapes, and traffic engineering projects throughout the City of Monroe, revitalizing the downtown area and attracting new businesses and residents. Large-scale streetscape projects on North and South Broad Streets were funded through local and federal funds administered by GDOT, while smaller projects were supported by LMIG, SPLOST, and General Funds. Notable projects include the Town Green Park and Splash Pad, SR 11/North Broad Streetscape, Childers Park Master Plan, citywide traffic calming, and the ADA Transition Plan.
