K&W to rebuild the existing Tennis Courts located at the corner of Club House Drive and State Road 29-791. It is also our understanding that this project will include demolition of the existing tennis courts, fencing, and concrete sidewalk. The proposed items will include new tennis courts, fencing, and new concrete sidewalk connection to the existing parking area. The existing court lights will remain and new lighting is not desired. We do not anticipate the impervious area to increase from existing conditions and therefore have excluded water quality and quantity calculations and permitting from this proposal.
