Keck & Wood designed the industrial park layout, ensuring it worked with the topography and adjacent roads to create appealing lots for future building phases. The team worked with the client to map out the full infrastructure, including an industrial collector road and utilities like water, sewer, and storm drainage for future phases. The first phase included 694,000 square feet of space, with the remaining 781,000 square feet planned for the second phase.
