Keck & Wood began working with the City of Rock Hill on the pedestrian connections along Stewart Avenue in February 2024. The goal of this project is to provide safe pedestrian connection between University Center and Winthrop University. This project will include coordination with the City, Winthrop University, and Norfolk Southern Railroad. Construction is anticipated to begin in the Fall of 2024.
